I think Maid Marian got it worse. She might not be of royal blood, but she was raised under royalty. And she wouldn't be the first Disney Princess who wasn't actually royalty or a Princess--- Just look at Belle (until the ending), Pocahontas, Mulan and Cinderella (until the ending).
