When Ian came down to breakfast successivo morning he looked horrible. Like he hadn't closed his eyes o even half-slept. He was pale as a ghost and he wasn't blinking, just starring at the bowl of mais flakes Mum had put at his place, like he was trying to convince himself to eat.
