When Tara met Willow do te think they knew they would be a couple when they were older?

Tara met Willow in a Wicca group in collage.And later on in life they became a couple.

Even Vamp Willow had to get Xander out of her system before she gave up stick shift. I didn't see it as a done deal till the Willow/ Tara sparkage..
