Which characters in the English version sound più annoying?

The only voice I'd find annoying is that blonde step-on-the-mat guy from Capsule Monsters. Even before Leggere this domanda I was watching Capsule Monsters last night and though "His voice kinda pisses me off. I don't know why." XD

Joey's... I hate the Brooklyn accent. Why would someone in Giappone have a Brooklyn accent? It kinda ticks me off.

I Don't understand Joesph's voice,why does he have a Brooklyn accent,if he's from Japan,unless it's something with his father...which doesn't really exist in the english dub >.< and I HATE Tea's and Rebecca's voice in the english version,you have to hand to 4kids they sure know how to ruin an awesome Anime >.> *Facepalm* + *headdesk*
