What is your favourite mythical creature to read about?

I hate zombies, Draghi are cool but Vampiri#From Dracula to Buffy... and all creatures of the night in between. are the best!

SIDENOTE: I don't count the ones that sparkle as vampires. If anything they're another species. Sparklepyres if te will.

I also enjoy vampires, but with the Twilight hype going on, i'm getting a little worn down with them. i prefer traditional vampires. licantropi are nice too, but Elves/Dragons are my thing at the moment (I'm in Amore with the Eragon trilogy).
