Any recommendations?

Well there is a lovely one which has gotten quite popolare recently and is one of my all-time favourite mangas called Yotsuba@! (pictured). There's barely any storyline, it simply follows the everyday life of a funny little girl called Yotsuba, and the encounters she has with otherwise mundane situations. There's very little at all in the way of mature content of any kind and is suitable for both genders, though like the mangaka's precedente work Azumanga Daioh there are perhaps slightly surreal undertones running through, such as the fact that Yotsuba's real parents are not known o heard of. One of those rare mangas that makes te feel all happy inside XD
Also if te like shoujos there's always Fruits Basket; unlike Yotsuba@! there is also an Anime version, though the Anime is detto not to be as good as the manga. I'm not much of a shoujo person at all, but this manga was definitely an exception to the usual and has become one of my favourites.

Right now I am completely obsessed with anything done da Kyousuke Motomi. The one that drew me in is called Dengeki Daisy. It is ongoing. There are 11 volumes available to read on line, 12 volumes out in English to purchase (13th available in December) and I know there is atleast one più volume available in Japan. The following is the summary as written on a site that sells the manga:

After orphan Teru Kurebayashi loses her beloved older brother, she finds solace in the messages she exchanges with DAISY, an enigmatic figure who can only be reached through the cell phone her brother left her. Meanwhile, mysterious Tasuku Kurosaki always seems to be around whenever Teru needs help. Could margherita be a lot closer than Teru thinks?

One giorno at school, Teru accidentally breaks a window and agrees to pay for it da helping Kurosaki, the school janitor, with chores. But Kurosaki is an impossible taskmaster, and he seems to be hiding something important from Teru...

I have fallen completely in Amore with this manga and would recommend it to anyone.

Be sure to let others know not to call him "Strider" as that mistake is so old it's getting annoying.

Well, have te ever read the Naruto manga? It has some of the best characters I have ever had the pleasure of Leggere about. te have to read quite a bit before most of them are introduced, though. The story line is amazing, too! Full of twists - especially in the Naruto Shippuden ones!
