Do looks affect how your treated?

It sure does seem that way. If your pretty, the world just seems kinder to you. It's almost too obvious to ignore. If an pretty girl and an average looking girl both fell, which one do te think will have people rushing over to help?
I do have a pretty sister who no one ever bothers, but it's not just personal experiences that affect my visualizzazioni on this matter.

If your good-looking, te can get away with anything. That 'vampire' that killed his girlfriends parents had two female accomplices who committed the same offense (standing da and not preventing the murders). One of them got 19 years, while the prettier one got only ten years. And does anyone remember the woman who had sex with a student of hers?

It just seems like it's almost in human nature. Why else would the protagonists and Heroes for anything be so attractive while the villains are always defected o even average? I guess humans are just shallow and associate ugliness with evil and beauty with everything good.

This is one stupid question. Of course, the way te look affects how people treat you. I don't care what anyone says: People judge on looks, not what's on the inside. The way te look is the first thing a person notices about you, unless they cannot physically see. They don't let their judgment of character go on to look at what te have to offer on the inside FIRST, they look at what te have on the outside and it's as if that's the only thing that matters. If you're not pretty on the outside, you're not gonna make it in the world. Do te ever see guys who aren't the superiore, in alto quality, abs galore, eyes to die for & hair to sink your teeth in, have girlfriends in High School? Nooooo. Not really. Do te ever see the geeky girl who wears glasses, loves Leggere Shakespeare & is a little overweight get to be the "Prom Queen"? No. Only if all the mean girls are playing a sick joke on her. No matter how "beautiful" te are on the inside, people will always judge te for what te have on the outside. It won't matter if you've gotten plastic surgery to change every single thing about you, people are going too look, they're going to stare & they will find something that they don't like about you. It's... the worldly mannerism of people. Not just people of our generation, o people of our parents generation... This has been going on since Jesus' days. Everyone judges, everyone looks at someone & "pities" them because they aren't "pretty to look at". Have te ever noticed in Film o TV shows how the "popular girl" is ALWAYS "pretty", but she is also a cruel, evil bitch? It's because people see her for what she is on the outside, "beautiful", they don't even WANT to see what she has to offer on the inside, which might not always be as bad as people think she is. She may have once been a really sweet, kind, caring girl & when she grew up, no one ever took her seriously, because she had looks what else did she need? And te know, smart people, most of them are not the prettiest salamoia, pickle in the jar, but they are of the utmost intelligent human beans on the planet. Even though they are made fun of & picked on, they will be the ones who succeed in life. The "prettiness" of the "popular people" will soon diminish, they will not be pretty for long, but the smartness of people, that will stay with them till their last dying breath.

What I'm trying to get at is: Pretty people have it easy in life, whereas "normal" people o "freaks" will never have it easy because we are not pretty. And no one cares to know what's on the inside if what te have on the outside is "ugly".

Thats true. I guess i just needed some type of reasurences. My sisters always in denial about it: "people don't care about looks, personality affects everything" I always thought that was bullshit, i wanted to see if anyone else could see through that too.

That fact almost makes it seem that life isn't worth living unless your good-looking, because if your not you'll go through existance being treated dirt.

Of course it does, sadly. Life is that way, and we have to accept it. Good looking people seem to be treated better than unattractive people. Life isn't fair, hopefully one giorno it will be.

I agree with you. It's sad the world judges people based on how te look. Have te noticed that the people driving nice cars and sports cars are good looking? I'm older than most of you, but I Amore the clothes that are made now. But I don't dare to wear them because it doesn't fit my age. That thought of others sucks, 'cause I can't wear what I want.
