Is Anime "mainstream"?

Don't kill me.

I'm wondering... Everyone here talks about how they don't like "mainstream" stuff (which is popolare stuff everyone likes).

And if te look at fanpop, almost everyone seems to like anime... wait no, Amore anime...

So I'm wondering, doesn't that make it mainstream? o at least on fanpop?

I wouldn't say it's mainstream necessarily, but it is somewhat popolare among some users.

I wouldn't say it is mainstream due to the fact there's alot of Anime haters still on fanpop. And I MEAN tons of Anime haters. It is popolare but it is nowhere near mainstream.

Twilight,Justin Bieber,One Direction, and Hunger Games,etc are the mainstream subjects.

... What? The Anime o the photo? If te are referring to the Anime then It's one of my favourites: 'The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya' if te are talking about the foto then... I dunno TT TT
