What should I do about my mom?

Well, I really don't know because my mom isn't like that. I think te should try to explain to her how te feel in a nice and calm way.

Sounds like your mother doesn't let te live a little. My mom never used to let me do that either. Don't make the same mistake I did da throwing away my youth, and go out anyway. No joke, just do it. And if she gives te a lecture afterwards, so be it. It's better to get a lecture, but having had a good time, than nothing at all.

When te talk to your mom, are te both calm? That's important. Tell her that she is being a tad inconsistent da praising te for being responsible, but then not allowing te to be with your friends. I would also address her unspoken concerns about your being Friends with guys: emphasize that you're only friends, and that's that. If she still won't budge, then I have to agree with the others here: just do what te want to do anyway.

Do whatever the hell te want to. I am 20 but when I was younger my mom did alot of the same stuff to me. BUT it was even worse for me. Tons of stuff I couldn't watch on tv. I couldn't buy certain games. My Mom virtually censored EVERYTHING I did but più overly than usual moms.

te have no idea how many rules I broke so I could actually enjoy life. NO offense to anyone out there but I literally cannot stand my mom for most of the stuff she did. If she gives te a lecture just deal with it. Just go out and enjoy life.

te should try to talk to her. Try to be with boys step da step... Like starting da inviting a couple of Friends over (boys and girls) while your mom is there, then only a boy while she's there, etc. Try to explain to her that it's important for te to know that she trusts te and, te know, she'd rather have te hanging out with boys knowing who and where they are than not knowing anything abot where and whom you're with.

te should tell her, be honest. And tell her you're not a little girl anymore. And if she punishes you, act as if te don't care.
