I was moving to Forks, Washington. My mom and her new husand Phil liked to travel. My mom would stay home with me but I knew it made her happy, so, I figured I could spend some time with my dad. It was the middle if the semester, great. Moving away from all of my Friends in Phenoix-where I was living now. I was always more-I guess te could say-mature than my mother in ways. I always cooked and everything. But, I think Phil and her will be fine.
Moving will be a good thing... right?
---In car with Charlie coming home from airport---
Charlie's my dad, hes the cheif of police in the small town of Forks. He and my mom and divorced, but I used to spent 2 weeks here every summer.
I glanced over at Charlie to see his taut face browned and his chin with small whiskers poking out. Then he ha rubato, stola a look at me and I smiled and him. As I looked out at the road he said
"Your hair's longer."
"Uhh, I cut it since last time I saw you."
"Hmph. Guess it grew out again."

Charlie pulled the incrociatore up into the little dirt driveway. I blinked around, staring at he small white house, it seemed different from the last time I'd been here. I flung open the car door, well, it seemed like I flung it, but really i just meakly pushed it. I frowned then headed for the back of the car. Charlie beat me to the tronco though.
"I'll get your bags." He said, grabbing a sports bag full of clothes.
"No, Dad, I'm good, I'll get it." I said, as I reached for a small borsa type thing.
"Bella." He sighed, giving me one of those 'pl---eaaase' looks.
My face twisted into a pout and I detto calmly
"Okay, Meet te inside."
I stepped through the screen and hard cement door, pushing them both open as meakly as I had the car door. I gazed around the house's interior, walking slowly into the living room. A large, flat, black T.V stood on a small wooden entertainment center. I felt bad for the tiny brown table. I looked over to the kitchen, a small round tavolo was placed da the window, two chairs flanked it. Counters were set up against the bacheca same as the fridge. Nothing seemed to have changed much.
I turned around to go upstairs. Charlie was headed down them and as he stepped off the last one he detto
"I cleared some shelves off in the bathroom, uhm, sales lady got your bedstuff. te like purple right?"
"Yeah, Purple's cool, thanks, Dad." My voice was warm yet wary.
I ran up the stairs and put my stuff away quickly. As I was putting away the last of my libri in the shelves on my scrivania, reception I heard a car door slam. Hmm..
I walked slowly down the porch steps. I looked up and the first thing I saw was a bright arancia, arancio truck. It was rusted, but it was clear it had been dato a lot of love. Seemed like it was on its way to the dump. Poor thing, I could probably clean it up and---
My thoughts were cut off da my Dad's voice.
"Bella, This is Billy Black." He pointed to the older man sitting in the wheelchair successivo to him. Wow, I hadn't even noticed him, Observent aren't I?
"Welcome back, Bella." He said, his voice rough but friendly.
He extended his hand and I took it and shook. His hand was so much più bigger than mine. I mentally scrunched my brow in frustration, That wasn't fair.
"So what do'ya think?" Charlie said, smacking his hand against the side of the truck's trunk.
"About what?" I questioned, confused.
"Your home-comeing present. Just bought it of Billy here."
"You're joking. Oh my god. This is just perfect." I said, hoping there was no hint of sarcasim in my voice. I really liked that truck, from the moment I saw it.
"Yeah, I totally rebuilt the engine." The teenaged boy to the left of Billy said. It was obvious they were related. Father and son. For some reason, I couldn't look at the boy's eyes so I just kept looking at the truck. I went to get into the truck and check it out. I opened the door quickly and I hand't realized the boy was going around the front of the truck. So, when I opened the door, it hit him in the side. He made a 'oof' sound so I detto 'sorry' really quick before sitting down and closing the door.
"You gotta double pompa the clutch, other than that your set.
I looked down at where I thought the clutch should be and asked the boy
"And thats this one?" I questioned while hitting a small knob.
"Yup, right there." He detto his voice was thick and husky.
"You never mentioned your name... I'm Bella, Have we met before?" I asked, still looking at the car equipment. I looked up then, I as still afraid to look in his eyes but I did anyway.
They were filed with amusment and happiness. Dark happiness. I couldn't look away. I felt a deep passion well up inside of me, like a huge ball of fire. My breath lingered in my lungs. Refusing to come out.
"I--I--I'm-- I'm Jacob..." He stuttered. His eyes growing wide with surprise and happiness that couldv'e torn the roof off the truck. I smiled at him, afraid things were getting akward. I asked him a small domanda before he could begin talking.
"So, Do te wann'a ride to school together?"
"I--I go to school on reservation...But, maybe I could switch..." He was thoughtfull for a moment. He was watching her intently which made her blush, she could feel his eyes on her, like he was trying to sketch her out. She stifled a giggle, She'd never been one to be stared at. She turned to him and detto quickly
"I don't want to cause te and your Dad any trouble. te don't have to." I detto trying to shrug off what I'd said.
"No.. I'll ask, if you're still cool with riding together." He answered slowly, smiling a bright white smile that made her smile back. " Could te excuse me for a little while... I need to go... somewhere... Uhh... Bye.. Oh hey! Call me!" He'd gotton out of the car and was walking away. Then she felt something hit her arm. She looked down to see a small paper airplane. She smiled then looked up to see him winking, then waving goodbye.
Wait, what just happened?

Slow, we paddle through the lake
Straight to the very center of the darkest water
Where we can embrace the shadows on the surface
The eyes that look up lifeless from our twins below
And though your arms and legs are under
Amore will be the echo in your ears when all is Lost and plundered
My Amore will be there still
True, it's chilling to behold
Up close we stumble backwards laughing in our boat
Till the image sinks away to someplace far but certain
A land of mere suspension where someday we must go
And though your arms and legs are under
Amore will be the echo in your ears when all is Lost and plundered
My Amore will be there still
Though your arms and legs are under
Amore will be the echo in your ears when all is Lost and plundered
My Amore will be there still

I've waited a hundred years
And I'd wait a million più for you
Nothing prepared me for of the privilege of being yours, I do
If I had only felt the warmth within your touch
If I had only seen how te smile when te blush
o how te curl your lip when te concentrate enough
But I would have known what I was living for all along
What I've been living for
Your Amore is my turning page
Only the sweetest words remain
Every baciare is a cursive line
Every touch is a redefining phrase
I surrender who I've been for who te are
For nothing makes me stronger than your fragile heart
If I had only felt how it feels to be yours
I would have known what I've been living for all along
What I've been living for
Though we're tethered to the story we must tell
When I saw te well I knew we'd tell it well
With the whisper we will tame the vicious scenes
Like a feather bringing kingdoms to their knees
And I'd wait a million più for you
Nothing prepared me for of the privilege of being yours, I do

Well I can go a million miles an hour
But I’ve been bored so try to drag me down into the night
But if the morning I knew the song
In the arms of a miracle
Come back and see where you’re from
I can see the sun is on the rush
The pulse is strong, it warms te better than the Joe they left behind
But in the breath before te go
In the arms of a miracle
Come back and see where you’ve gone
It starts as a battle of luck
In the end it’s in the hands of a ghost
Well I am
Well I am
I can go a million miles an hour
But I can see the sun upon their eyes
I can go a million miles an hour
I can see it’s all true
te start to feel it finally
It starts as a battle of luck
But it ends when the hands of a ghost lay it down yeah
But I’ve been bored so try to drag me down into the night
But if the morning I knew the song
