While Twilight has many fans, that doesn't mean it's immune to haters.It seems that everywhere te go online, there is something Anti-Twilight.Even da just going to a homepage te usually see something negitive.Like, te can't like o enjoy something without all of these hating things.

People refer to Twilight as being gay.Which I believe is completely immature.Do they know what gay means?It either means happy o attracted to the same sex, how does that fit into Twilight?I don't really find it "happy", and there are no gays o lesbiche in it.People also rant on the sparkling.And calling them fairies.

I find it quite refreshing not to read o see the same vampire story.Where they don't have fangs o burn, and some actually spare humans.And, it's not filled with gore and sex.I believe it takes talent to create a vampire/werewolf/human story, that isn't too bloody o sexual.And yet can still have Vampiri#From Dracula to Buffy... and all creatures of the night in between. and licantropi it in.Or shapeshifters.

Twilight sucks?It's an opinion, people are allowed to have them.It they like o Amore it then let them.It's their choice.What do they like that others may think sucks?Twilight is poorly written?It's not the most amazing thing ever, but it is good.And if it's so terrible, why do some people say it's hard to put down?And on the back of the books, it has praises for it?And on the Twilight book's Wikipedia it has some also good reviews.

Here is something that really gets me ticking:that Twilight fan are stupid.That is untrue.Just because te like something, that does not make te stupid.And just because te may read Twilight, that doesn't mean you're unaware of other literature.For example, I'm a fan, and English is my strongest stubject in school.I do great on spelling, and I want to be an autore when I grow up.I've won awards for some of my writing(just short stories).And I read daily.

Some, not all, Twi-haters act ignorant and arrogant.Thinking because they don't like it, they're better than the ones who do.And, the ones who say "gay!".Thank te for Leggere this.Like I said, some, not all.

Crazy_4_Twinas i love the cullens and the way steph creates it and the way she wrote it its her opinion on what she wrote its her book!!! its different cuz the "traditanal"(soz bad speller)vampires dont spare human life wich is so cruel!!! and i love it cuz it destracts me and gives me something to read/do and belive in !!!!!!

ForsakenMoon19 Well I hate to say it but most Twi-fans do take this book series too far however I don't think ppl who have never read the series have the right to make snap judgements!!! It's their opinion to hate it especially if they've read it but that doesn't mean it can take away anything from any of the devoted fans:) In conclusion to my answer as much as I am a fan about certain aspects of this series, the last book I'm sorry to say is the worst!!! I can only imagin how much of a mess the movie is gonna be but if fans like it so what. I've read the whole series so I'm entitled to my opinion and I can still be a fan of the first 3 books:)

a-jforever Personally,I love the Twilight series, but everyone has there own opinion. One of my close friends hates Twilight and we don't let that get in the way or our friendship. Some fans do other react and get a little bit stupid about things people say if there Twilight Haters, but I think at one point in your life, everyone, will over react about something. I love the way steph meyer created her vegeitarian (Can't spell) Vampire family, every person or Author has a right to make up something that is however similar and different to others interpritations of something. And I don't think Gay is a very good word to be using to describe something you hate. In conclusion, everyone has there own opinion and everyone has to just exsept oeach others. :)

Serpent_Z Oh we're just teasing you guys! The fact that we notice a Vampire wearing too much proda as most would it put, seem downright homosexual to us! A vampire expert once told me that vampires look simular too zombies and they would feed on the living to extend there own life! As for sexual temtation, vampires where brought apond this by the first Dracula movie! In the case where dracula force a woman in to a orgasm before feeeding on her! Althoght I think that sexual temptation by vampires where actually confuse with demons known as Succubus and Incubus! These Demon would rape people in there sleep cousing there victims to have nightmares! Anyway getting back to twilight! I really don't think people say gay as in stupid, they just mean twilight is homosexual! Why? Well the evendence is just in plan site! The werewolf guy hangs out in a cabin in the middle of nowhere with other men shirtless! Apart from looking like a bad levy's commercial, a lot of people would lead up to the conclusion that they may all be homosexual! Sign of porn magazines or a poster of a model or two in the cabine would of help people from concluding this! It would also help if the men in question would have signs of scars on there body as a result of battle with others in the group! As for the vampires sparkling... well I not sure how anyone could defend that from homosexuality! Well that and it seem that he has on lipstick! All in all you can't blame us for concluding that twilight is a movie base on a homosexual vampire and werewolf! as for Twilight fans being stupid! That one I can answer easly for you guys! It all started with one girl who was trying defend that movie by saying that the vampire in that movie was a vegitarion vampire! Soon after that became the most common answer among Twilight fans! I don't know what to tell you! I'll let you comment on vegitarion vampire subject! I won't say a word! You know it's really bad when fans of harry poter also refer to that movie as being gay! The best thing you can do is take the hits head on! This movie seems undefendable by acusation of homosexuality! well anyway now you have a better idea why people call twilight gay!

margox .....the first thing that came out of my mouth after i read twilight... "poorly written"... i'm sorry but i really think it is... i'm used to reading jane austen, hp series, and a whole lot of classic literature.
