(And sorry it is so short, I swear I will start Scrivere the successivo chapter tonight o tomorrow, so fingers crossed that I finish it da successivo week)
Human Edward POV
I had a good feeling when I woke up this morning, I felt like something was going to happen, in a good way.
I went down stairs for Breakfast, like usual Mum had already made breakfast for Dad and I. We had our usual chit chat like any other morning. At 9 I walked to the pool to do some laps, because I like to swim when I'm happy, it makes me even più happy. I went to have a drink at my favourite place, I walked in with a big smile on my face and ordered the usual. The girl behind the counter looked like she had trouble breathing. I asked her if she was alright.
I got home at about 10:20am just in time to have a doccia and walk down to the main hall, to see Dad.
The walk there was nice and peaceful, and I still had a big grin that covered half of my face. I could feel people staring at me, they are probably thinking 'What is up with that weirdo?' But who cares what they think? I keep on calling this walk to the main hall a walk, when really it is più just a dawdle. It took me a bit longer than usual to get to the main hall, but I didn't really mind. The only reason I go to the main hall is because dad wants me to try and find a girl that I like because he is afraid that I won't find someone.
I walked up the stairs to the main, with più of a bounce than usual in my steps.
I walked through the door and saw that it was 11am on the dot, kind of... well maybe a few secondi but still I was close.
I felt like I was supposed to be here the secondo I walked through the door, but I could feel another feeling underneath that... It was the feeling like someone was watching me. I was in the middle of the crowd, trying to get to Father's office. The feeling of someone watching me suddenly stopped, I looked around but everyone was minding their own business and just trying to get through the crowd. That was weird, maybe I am just imagining it.
I just decided to keep on going, and if I really was meant to be here right now, then fate would let it happen.
That's when my eyes fell on a beautiful girl with brown hair. She was running down the stairs, but she looked frantic, sad and scared I saw a few other emotions on her face but those were the one that I decipher.
This mysterious girl who I had never seen before in my life, but I already felt like I would die to do anything for her was heading my way. But she wasn't looking my way she was looking all around her. It looked like she was about to cry, I just wanted to go and give her a hug, to make her feel better.
As she came closer I could see the panic and fear in her eyes, and I felt protective of her.
The successivo thing I know, I see her tripping and immediately launch to catch her. I was just in time and was able to get her small body in my arms, and it felt like she belonged there.
She looked up at me with tears in her eyes then one da one they started to drop, I felt like wipping them away for her but managed to stop myself.
"Hey, are te okay?" I said, concerned about her.
"I'm sorry" Her voice was beautiful too but so sad. She detto quickly trying to get up, but I didn't want to let go of her, ever.
"What is the matter?" I asked hoping I could help her, and maybe see her smile. I couldn't help it, and I wiped away her tears she looked a bit confused at that... maybe it wasn't the best thing to do.
"It's nothing. I'm sorry."
She tried getting up again, so I let her out of my grip. I felt Lost almost empty when she got up. And then she just took off running out of the hall. I followed her, but she was already out the door. When I got out of the hall I could just see her running off, up the road. And it started to rain.
I was confused, and upset. I never really believed the whole Amore at first sight. But then I saw her.
Her face was all I could see when I closed my eyes. Her voice all upset was all I could hear. I could even still smell her sweet smelling hair. And feel the softness of her skin on my finger tips.
But I never knew if I would see this girl again, and that thought hurt me deeply, it was like in those few moments with her she had stolen my heart.
