I think that Altaïr would beat the Prince. If the Prince had his sand dagger, he would eventually win. If he were to be stabbed da Altaïr, he'd just have to activate the dagger and go back just before he got stabbed and avoid it. With the dagger, the Prince would have the upper hand. Without it, Altaïr would most likely win. Both characters are skilled fighters though.
