No they are più like brother and sister like in season 3 episode Penelope he tells her he loves her but it's just that they talk that way to eachother and always have like in season 3 episode Tabula Rusa it shows that he's always had the nicknames. And finally Garcia has a boyfriend named Kevin.

oh okey:). but i like them as a couple:D. but maybe i change my mind when i have see all seasons:D
well i dont know,but if they get together,i dont think they get so much più screen time because of that,i dont like Kevin so much,still prefer her with Morgan:P
