Heiji has been shown to receive the most amount of injuries out of the characters in the franchise. His injuries so far are:
10.2-6 - Heiji and Conan's head collide, raising bumps.
12.7-10 - Heiji and Conan's head collide, raising bumps.
19.8 - Shot in the belly da Detective Sakata
23.4-9 - Hit over the head and tossed overboard into the ocean
25.4-8 - Kazuha slaps Heiji after he bursts into her room demanding she take her clothes off, then attempts to assist her in doing so.
28.6-10 - Right hand stabbed da Kazuha with an Arrow while dangling off a Cliff. (31.8 mentions this scar as dato to him 'last year')
31.8 - Kazuha nails him on the back of the head with something (probably a bucket), raising a bump.

31.8 - Scar behind the left ear from last year's Oyodo competition. dato to him da Okita when he was unable to stop Okita's 5-step attack. Match was stopped because his neck wouldn't stop bleeding until a doctor tended to it.

31.11/32.1 - Heiji's father punches him in the face, sends him flying.
