Now slip me snug about your ears, I've never yet been wrong, I'll have a look inside your mind and tell where you belong!
Since I'm a fan of the Harry Potter book series, I've decided to do a series of articoli interpreting Disney characters into the Hogwarts Houses. I'll be doing all the princesses and princes, and maybe some side characters and villains. This article'll just be the Renaissance Princesses, since the descriptions are going to be pretty lengthy and I doubt te guys could handle Leggere another of my super long articles. If te don't like Harry Potter te might be a bit confused, but if te have basic knowledge of the houses you'll be fine. Oh, and all of this is just my opinion.

Also, just for reference, here are the qualities looked for for each house:

Gryffindor House values bravery, daring, nerve, and chivalry. These traits can sometimes bring the members of this House to the point of recklessness.
Hufflepuff House for the most part contains people who are hard-working, friendly, loyal, modest, honest and impartial. They are often overlooked because of their lack of daring and ambition.
Ravenclaw House prizes learning, wisdom, wit, and intellect in its members. Therefore Ravenclaws can be over-obsessed with their work and rather competitive.
Slytherin House usually has people who are ambitious, shrewd, cunning, strong leaders, and achievement-oriented. They can be too judgmental of those not of noble blood, and can be quite sinister due to their dedication to get what they want at all costs.

Okay, now that we know what kind of traits the Houses are looking for, we can see who would be in which House. So, without further ado, let's begin!

Ariel is a...

Gryffindor!
Ariel is an obvious Gryffindor. She's brave, as evidenced da that whole squalo thing. She's reckless, showcased da her deal with Ursula, and she's rather bold and a bit short-tempered, standing up to her father. Daring and heroic, Ariel would fit in perfectly with the Gryffindors.

Second Choice: Slytherin
I actually considered making Ariel a Slytherin, before I realized how many Gryffindor qualities she has. But she wouldn't be a bad Slytherin, that's for sure. She's ambitious, and absolutely focused on achieving what she wants. And she is cunning, in the sense that she was sort of tricking Eric the whole time.

Third Choice: Ravenclaw
I don't think Ariel would be much of a Ravenclaw. She isn't really wise o witty, and she doesn't seem to care much for authority. However, she is curious about all of the human world's 'thing-a-ma-bobs', which counts for something.

Fourth Choice: Hufflepuff
I think Ariel wouldn't be able to fit in Hufflepuff, but she'd do alright, I suppose. I mean, at least she's kinda friendly.

Their daring, nerve, and chivalry set Gryffindors apart

Belle is a...

Ravenclaw!
To be honest, I wasn't sure which house Belle would fit best in. I mean, she'd kind of do well in all of the houses. But I ended up putting her in this one. Because Ravenclaw House values intelligence, knowledge and wit above all else, and Belle has those three qualities in abundance, as shown many times throughout the film.

Second Choice: Gryffindor
A very close second. Belle is bold and daring, as shown da her treatment of those who are rude to her o her family. And she's chivalrous, evidenced da her immediate agreement to take her father's place. She can also make rash decisions at times, such as her rushing from the castello after the West Wing encounter.

Third Choice: Slytherin
Like I said, Belle would do well in any of the Houses. But she's più of a Slytherin than a Hufflepuff. Belle is shrewd, cunning and resourceful, traits best revealed da how she handled Gaston and how she convinced Cogsworth to give her a tour of the castle.

Fourth Choice: Hufflepuff
Although this is my fourth choice for Belle, I think she'd make a good Hufflepuff. She's loyal and tolerant, shown da her treatment of the Beast, at least once he starts respecting her. And she's kind and friendly, as Disney Princesses are wont to be.

o yet in wise old Ravenclaw, if you've a ready mind, where those of wit and learning, will always find their kind
Or yet in wise old Ravenclaw, if you've a ready mind, where those of wit and learning, will always find their kind

Jasmine is a...

Slytherin!
And when I say 'Slytherin', I mean 'so nearly a Gryffindor that I wish she could have two houses'. But I did some soul-searching, and decided that gelsomino is a bit più cunning and resourceful than she is daring and reckless. She is obviously adept at tricking others, and even when it isn't her trick, like when Aladdin tried to pass her off as mentally inferior in order to save her hand, she plays her part well. And she herself says that she's a fast learner.

Second Choice: Gryffindor
Another close second. She isn't as rash o reckless as Ariel, but she is still quite short-tempered. And she also shows herself to be chivalrous when she gives the young hungry child the apple.

Third Choice: Ravenclaw
gelsomino doesn't fit in Ravenclaw o Hufflepuff as well as she does Gryffindor and Slytherin, but I think she'd excel in Ravenclaw over Hufflepuff because of her sassy wit and adeptness at learning new things.

Fourth Choice: Hufflepuff
I don't think gelsomino would fit in Hufflepuff at all. She isn't particularly hard-working, friendly, loyal, o honest, and she'd do better in the other houses.

o perhaps in Slytherin you'll make your real friends, those cunning folks use any means to achieve their ends
Or perhaps in Slytherin you'll make your real friends, those cunning folks use any means to achieve their ends

Pocahontas is a…

Gryffindor!
Yeah, I'm pretty sure Pocahontas is usually pegged as Ravenclaw, but to me that seems più like the Wise Native trope than anything to do with the character. So, I think she's a Gryffindor. She shows that she has nerve and daring, running around talking to strangers and jumping off cliffs, and she's chivalrous to the point of recklessness, doing things like stopping John Smith's execution at risk to her own personal safety.

Second Choice: Ravenclaw
I wasn't really sure about what my placements for her other choices would be, but I think that she'd be a Ravenclaw if she wasn't a Gryffindor. She seems wise about being good to nature, and she shows intelligence in that she thinks very carefully before she acts.

Third Choice: Hufflepuff
This house is my third choice for her più because of her loyalty than anything else. She's loyal to John Smith, shown when she tells her father that he'd have to kill her to kill him, but also loyal to her tribe when she stays behind when John leaves. She's also shown to be pretty honest, and easy to get to know considering her closeness with Nakoma.

Fourth Choice: Slytherin
Poca wouldn't make much of a Slytherin. She isn't really cunning o ambitious, and she shows the exact opposite o good leadership skills.

te might belong in Gryffindor, where dwell the Ribelle - The Ribelle - The Brave at cuore
You might belong in Gryffindor, where dwell the Ribelle - The Brave at heart

Mulan is a…

Hufflepuff!
This is actually the placement I'm the least sure about. Mulan is a complicated one. But, throughout her movie she shows that she's loyal and unafraid of toil. She also seems to be an essentially honest and genial girl, although she attempts to act tough while disguised as a man. In addition, Mulan is never really competitive while training, and even after she saves China she is quite modest about her achievement.

Second Choice: Gryffindor
Ah yes, the one everyone expected me to pick as Mulan's house. I think Mulan would be a pretty good Gryffindor though, she shows that she's Ribelle - The Brave and chivalrous when she joins the army in her father's place, and is daring enough to go back to the palace when she finds out about the Huns and, when no one believes her, goes to fight them herself.

Third Choice: Slytherin
Probably another popolare choice for her. Mulan is clever and cunning enough to pass as a man in the army (although she does kinda fail at that), and she shows very good leadership qualities in the climax of the movie. She's also determined, and resourceful as shown when she uses a fan to fight Shan Yu.

Fourth Choice: Ravenclaw
Mulan, like Belle, kind of fits into all the houses to some extent, but she's less of a Ravenclaw. While she's certainly clever and intuitive, she isn't particularly witty o wise, and just fits into the others more.

te might belong in Hufflepuff, where they are just and loyal, those patient Hufflepuffs are true, and unafraid of toil
You might belong in Hufflepuff, where they are just and loyal, those patient Hufflepuffs are true, and unafraid of toil

So, that's the sorting for the Renaissance DPs: two Gryffindors, one Ravenclaw, one Slytherin and one Hufflepuff. I'm sure some of te will disagree with my placements, but nonetheless I hope te enjoyed my articolo and bothered to read the whole thing through.
Thus, the houses and their founders maintained friendships firm and true.

I just got done Scrivere an articolo on my preferito soundtracks, and I wanted to do one strictly on my preferito scores, because that lista is different. Musica is very powerful. It can alter your emotions. It can make te feel happy, o even make te feel depressed and want to cry. I did a research paper back when I was in high school on this very subject. Anyways, on to my list...

10. The Princess and the Frog

I know, I know...BIIIG surprise with this coming in last place. Poor film seems to ALWAYS come last on my list! I'm just not a big fan. It lacks a lot of emotion, and magic in my opinion....

This is why I LOVE Ariel and this is an articolo to protect her. I know some others done this a few months back, but this MY one. I will be doing the exact same with Merida, but why I prefer Ariel over her will be included. That will be postato soon.

First of all let's start with the most common argument against Ariel

Statement-Ariel is selfish

Now let see some definitions of words relating to the word selfish and the defintion of the word selfish.

Selfish-(of a person, action, o motive) lacking consideration for other people; concerned chiefly with one's own personal profit o pleasure.

Self-Centred...

The biggest domanda about Frozen? How did Elsa get ice powers. Over the past few weeks, I have observed many theories have got her powers. Please note that none of these are mine, but I can't find the original source. If te came up with one of these, tell me and I'll credit you.

1. Elsa was born on the Winter Solstice

We learn that Elsa was born with her powers in Frozen. That seems to suggest that there was something 'abnormal' about her birth. Maybe, like one fan suggested, she was born on the 21st of December (Winter Solstice). This would connect her back to the theme of ice and winter....

There's no doubt to a single person on here that Snow White is sweet, optimistic, and caring, but there's really so much più to her, and I want to delve deeper into that here. Sorry for lack of pictures, I kind of just threw this together and wasn't in the mood to go searching for pictures.

I Amore how Snow White is confident, yet insecure at the same time. She's confident in the fact that she's not scared to go into the Dwarf's home and boss them around. She's quite assertive and doesn't strike me as a passive character whatsoever. If something isn't going the way she likes, she isn't scared...

ciao everybody! Happy DMLK day! I'll celebrate da some mixed people...

Lottie and Tia!

I like that even in their racist times Tiana and Lottie were Friends all the way... I'm sure in events before the movie, Charlotte's light skinned Friends judged her because she was Friends with Tia and Tia's darker dark skinned Friends didn't trust Lottie... I found this relationship sweet... she even risked a life-long dream for Tia. Can this friendship get anymore sweeter???

:') They've been Friends since they were 5 o 7... unlike Pocahontas and her BFF... we don't know a lot about them... she seemed like a character after those sailors... but Lottie and Tia have that kind of friendship. The highlight is their times. Talk about racist! So yeah that's it!

This Friendship is perfect for today!

[I] I'll do it but for te Tia, no marriage included![I]

"Elsa? Elsaa? When will the guests arrive?" detto Anna.
Elsa shook her head.

"I think don't be too happy, they're coming here to argue. We're going to pick the best princess and from now on she can be the princess of not only her kingdom, but the whole world and Fanpop."

"And are we participating in this race, too?" asked Anna.
"Even though we're not well liked in Fanpop, aren't we being talked about everywhere?"

Before Elsa could answer, a fat maid came in and detto that guests had arrived.

Elsa wiped the bored expression off her face and, with a perfectly queenly demeanor, opened the door. The moment...

Om Nelle is a cute and smart nommie. Those who grew up with Om Nom in their childhood remember him. Om Nelle, the wife of Om Nom, truly deserves to be a Disney princess, as much as Mulan.
Well, Om Nelle may not be a Disney princess, but Mulan isn't actually a princess either. Her heroism made Mulan a princess, even though she had nothing to do with the royal family. Om Nelle does a lot of heroics. Just like a Mulan. Moreover, it even has a crown. A tiara with a cute blue stone. But there are a few problems. For example, this crown is actually a belt. Also, even if this was a real crown, Om Nelle has nothing to do with royalty. Om Nelle is a creature, so not a human. That's okay because Nala in The Lion King is also an animal but is considered a Disney Princess. Now the only problem is, Disney didn't create Om Nelle. So she may be a princess in her own right, but never a Disney princess. She would still make a great Disney princess out of her.

As I don't want to upset Merida fans, I'm giving my final warning:
''NEVER READ THIS articolo IF te Amore MERİDA''
Ok, I gave my warning. This articolo is about Merida's biggest mistakes. And about why I hate Merida. Yes, no one is perfect, but these mistakes should not be too conspicuous. For example, one of my preferito princesses, Elsa, was also flawed. However, Merida made a huge mistake, and I'm going to explain it today.

Merida's biggest blunder was definitely when she destroyed her mother's life for her freedom. The cake Merida gave her mother had turned her into a bear. YES, NOW I ASK YOU,...
