Courtney`s POV:I wasn`t sure if I was ready to die yet.I mean, since my father was dead,I couldn`t live anymore.He was the only one who was left in my so called 'family.'But I also had Duncan to worry about.I know he wouldn`t be able to live without me.I knew he loved me.And I loved him.I was just to much of a coward to tell him.I opened my eyes to see Duncan stading there with a shotgun pointed at the man."What are te gonna do?Shoot me?"the man asked not afraid."Well,if te don`t let her go,you will make me the happiest man in the world.Now ler her go."Duncan detto still at aim.The man untied me and quickly took out gun and pointed it at me."3...2...1....."the man said.I closed my eyes again and I heard a fire.I didn`t know if I was dead,if Duncan was dead,or if it was all a dream.I opened my eyes and the man with a hole through his heart.If he had one.I saw Duncan holding out his hand.He helped me off the ground and said,"I Amore you." "I Amore te too."I detto back.Then we kissed.
