I'm on the verge of being goth, but I'm still having a hard time...but i do like goth. How do i convince my Friends that im still the same, but its a new me? I just want to be able to be myself around them. Help?

change ur look but stay the same...if ur Friends like u thn they will except ur new style

I'm having that same exact problem. I want my Friends to know what I want to be but I don't know if they'll like it. I know my one friend will give me a hard time about it. But I now realize that if they really want to be a true friend to me they'll support whatever I want to be.

Changing your look, behavior o etc does not make te goth, it's just a look o a faze, being Goth is a lifestyle and either te are Goth from the bone out o te are not, it's not a surface thing. If te are truly goth then that coming out should make sense to the people who really know you,if not then maybe they don't know the real you, (or maybe te haven't untill now). If your Friends have a proplem with any of the developmental changes te go through, like in the way te act, dress and look, etc, o maybe because they learn something new about te they didn't know before then maybe they are not the best Friends for you.

Being yourself is the most important thing te can be. Anyone has a problem with that, well... just use your best judgment and good luck.
