In Episode 4 Of Season 3 (I Am Become Death) We Saw The Future And This Is How It Has Already Changed.

Sylar Had A Kid Called Noah Who Called Peter His Uncle And Sylar Called Him His Brother... So Unless Peter Has Different Parents Too o He Is Just So Close Too Sylar In The Future He Is Like A Brother; Then The Future Must Have Changed... Plus Sylar Hates Noah.

Another Thing Is That Knox Was Alive Working With Claire And Daphne.

sylar_rocks There is one more significant thing that backs up Rock_Smurf_77's theory. In Five years gone, Sylar said 'Nathan had already turned against his own kind when I killed him.' Isn't that what he did now? So,maybe,in explosion future,it WAS Nathan who made people fear their kind and THEN Sylar killed him and took his place....
