Synopsis

Tracy speaks on the phone with the governor. He tells her to switch on the TV, which is featuring an interview with Nathan Petrelli, the now chairman of Homeland Security. Tracy assures the governor she doesn't know anything about what he's doing, and she hasn't spoken to Nathan in two months. On TV, Nathan talks about protecting the American people from a serious threat. As Tracy dresses, she notices the bathroom window is open. After closing and locking it, she turns to see a man in a commando outfit. She grabs his arm and tries to freeze...

Well, I thought I'd write a little tribute to Matt Parkman since he is my preferito hero. He probably isn't alot of people's favorite. Sure, most Heroes viewers like him well enough, but he doesn't stand out to them. Parkman doesn't get the fan support of Peter o Claire o even Sylar. So I thought I'd write a little something on WHY he is my favorite, and why he deserves più respect.

What makes Matt Parkman my hero..

"I remember." he detto as he approached the bed. He leaned inoltrare, avanti and his lips met hers. As he kissed her, he slowly shifted back into himself. He brushed a curl off her forehead. "What was it.." he detto slowly, "that te used to say about me?"

"What do te mean?" she asked as she looked into his dark eyes.

Ingredients:

- 1 & 1/2 cups (330g) lentils, washed and picked over.
- 1lb (425g) carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch coins
- 1/2 lb (200g) small white potatoes, scrubbed, sprouts removed, and sliced into 1/2 inch chunks
- 2 baia leaves
- 4-6 sprigs of fresh timo o 2 big pinches dried thyme
- 1 big pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 8-10 cups (approx 1.8L) chicken o vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp (20g) minced garlic, o more, to taste, freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Throughout Heroes' "Fugitives" volume, many of the super-powered world savers have been communicating with and taking orders from a mysterious ally named Rebel. Sadly – as of this episode Kristen campana, bell departs the mostra – we loved having her here. She is a pro and an all-around good egg. The scene where Sylar burns her body was her last scene in the series - but I actually directed her on her last giorno of shooting. This was the scene at the rental car dealership from episode 10.
