I don't really think she has any rules in life. She just lives days by day, acting like other people had no feelings, like she was the only person in the world. She wants fun, so she doesn't seem to care about people around her very much.
I still can't believe she criticized Valerie in "Remorse"...

I think it depends on what's going on. Cuddy is the easy choice because she's the boss and has to be bitchy on occasions because it's part of her job. We've also seen her be bitchy towards people like Cameron when she's stressed out, but who's sunshine and daisies when they are stressed anyways. But we also see Cuddy be very sweet and forgiving. We've rarely seen her cast judgement on people and we've never seen Cuddy be mean to anyone, besides House, just to be mean.

Then you've got Cameron who like lovehousemd_frv points out, messed with Chase's head a lot and kind treated him really badly. She's often judgemental and harsh about how people live their lives and rarely feels the need to not share those opinions. But she's also very compassionate and at times caring.

13 can just be very blunt and rude lol. But she rarely does anything that can truly be categorized as bitchy.

The only person who I think is truly bitchy is Amber :)

They all can get bitchy, depends on the situation. But overall, Cuddy wins. XD
