“So, te plan to stay here all night?” House asked, as Cuddy relaxed on the edge of his long lounge chair. “If it’s necessary.” House felt that wasn’t really an answer. “That wasn’t even answering the question.” Cuddy put her mug on the hardwood floor. “I will stay here, until your sight comes back; which should be soon.” Cuddy picked up a magazine from the side, and began flicking through it.
“Then why are te wearing perfume?” Cuddy never usually wore perfume, only for special occasions. “Why does it matter that I’m wearing perfume?” Cuddy knew why it mattered; she just didn’t want him to bring up the subject of ‘them’.
“Well, te only ever wear perfume when it’s a once in a lifetime occurrence; like a date.” Unable to escape the acerbic wit, Cuddy continued to twist the truth. “It’s new, I liked it.” House smiled again, “You wore this exact same perfume two years ago, on your blind date.” Cuddy sat up; surprised that House would remember something so trivial.
“How…how could te remember?” House was now the one backed into a corner. “I just did.” Cuddy smiled and her eyes lit up, “Wow.” House re-folded his arms, as Cuddy found him squirming. Cuddy sat closer to him, House could feel her presence successivo to him, and he got another slight chill. “Tell me House, how do I smell?” Cuddy leant in close; her breath was soft and warm, as she smiled. House felt her energy rush over him. “Lavender, with some citrus undertone.” Cuddy laughed in her low soft tone. “Being blinded has heightened my other senses.” House took the gauze off of his eyes, and winced at the bright light coming from the lamp ahead of him. “Damn. I hoped te were wearing less clothing.” Cuddy smiled with astonishment at the fact House’s sight had come back. House looked at her up and down, she was wearing a prugna coloured v-neck sweater, with black pants.
“You can see me?” Cuddy asked happily, she sat back on the coffee table. “You look good.” House spoke in a calm and smooth tone, as Cuddy seemed to appreciate the compliment with a sweet smile.
“I guess that means I should go.” Cuddy didn’t mean it, and House knew it. “Stop.” Cuddy turned round, as she watched House stand up, and she seemed to enjoy looking up at him again, his eyes looking deep into hers. “I want te to stay.” House detto this with confidence, and Cuddy obliged da edging closer towards him. The moment of silence was their chance to take a breath, House kept his gaze on Cuddy, as Cuddy looked at House up and down, House knew she was battling an internal struggle, and so made the decision for her. Leaning in to baciare her, Cuddy kissed him back.
Cuddy slowly manoeuvred herself into his gravity, where House held her close, baciare her tenderly as they moved it towards the bedroom. Letting a small smile appear across her face, as she continued to bite his lip, before closing the bedroom door behind them.

I was Leggere up on opiate withdrawal and apparently te can go through withdrawal not just to stop taking the drug, Vicodin in House’s case, but to reduce the amount you’re taking.
So in House’s case, like Wilson said; his Vicodin levels where way to high and so the only option was to let his body recover and reduce it’s need for that amount it got everyday.
Therefore, the successivo morning when he was seemingly better; it was because of the extreme cold-turkeyness that House used to reduce his levels of Vicodin in order for his hallucination of Amber to go away. So I don’t think it was a hallucination, because he hasn’t quit Vicodin, he has only reduced the amount he takes within the spazio of a horrible 24 ora detox. His body no longer craves the Vicodin every ora o so like before.
Short and simple :)
