Wilson arrived at the hospital and went to his office, Cuddy was there sitting on the divano waiting for Wilson, with her elbows on her thighs and hands massaging her hundred.
"Oh! Hi!, I didn't know te were here, "Wilson detto entering into his office.
"You went to see House?"
"Yes, he prepared pizza! And we talked. Why are te so stressed? "
Cuddy began to explain Wilson the whole story about the mysterious Sir H, she told him that the PPTH had a new owner, and that this man never showed his face,she also told him about the calls she made and responses received.
"Wow, these days have been very crazy, te think the new owner's fence to fuoco people?"
"I have no idea, I'm just waiting for the call from him o his assistant"
Wilson thought a moment, He was tying up loose ends, until he remembered his conversation with House, a few hours ago.
"You detto that as Sir H has clinics in London, Canada, and Miami?" Wilson asked Cuddy and she just nodded.
"Why?" This time, Cuddy asked Wilson.
"Nothing, I have to go see a patient," Wilson stood up, took his lab cappotto and left the office leaving a confused Cuddy.
Houses's house.
House had done to accommodate the few things he had brought from his old apartment. There was a white room in the house, where he decided to put his piano, the room had good acoustics, and his Pianoforte was black, he liked too much the way his Pianoforte fit in that room. It was 5 o'clock, and he went to the white room, but not to play the piano,he took his acoustic chitarra and he sat down in the floor and began playing a song called Save Yourself da James Morrison.

He didn't know why he started playing those songs, his fingers moved on their own, without control, each verse of the songs reminded him of Cuddy, what he was doing, he wanted her to be happy, and for più that it hurt him.. have to leave her alone... if she was happy, he ...
Cuddy's house.
Cuddy came home, entered and left his keys on a small tavolo near the principal door.
"Hey, te came early! What happened?... Well never mind, it is good te to arrive early, "said Lucas and kissed his girlfriend.
"Today was very tired day, full of mystery,I just learned that the hospital has a new owner for the past three months, and nobody knows him in person"

Rachel fell asleep, Cuddy was changed clothes and had cena with Lucas. Both were in the hall chatting about unimportant things, Lucas began to approach her and kissed her, she responded to the baciare but then Lucas reached under her camicia touching her waist and then his back, then she broke the kiss.
"Lucas, not now, not today, I'm tired, I told te today was a giorno very tired and I'm not in the mood to sex," detto Cuddy trying to take off over Lucas.
"I know, I hear te very clear, but ... not my fault ... I'm your boyfriend, not personal things together to work" detto Lucas who clung più to Cuddy for not letting her go .

"Lucas, please, let me go" Cuddy was trying to escape from the arms of Lucas.
"No, Lisa ... do te thought that I didn't realize when te were faking each time we had sex? ... Even if you're in the mood te fake. Why Lisa? If te do not feel anything with me, tell me ... but not today, no, you're not going to fake ... "Lucas didn't let her go and almost forced her to baciare her. Cuddy was disgusted with the way he was touching her.
Cuddy took strength, and pushed Lucas away from her and slapped him so hard that her hand marked his cheek.
"I can't believe te were doing this, Lucas, I want te the hell out of here now!"
"Lisa, I ..."
"Go away!" At the time Lucas left the house slamming the door. She went to letto and lay down to cry. Why Lucas had done that? He was right when he detto that she was faking when they had sex, but if he knew it, why he never detto anything? ... What was he trying ?!... Rape her?! Cuddy cried and cried until she fell asleep.

I was Leggere up on opiate withdrawal and apparently te can go through withdrawal not just to stop taking the drug, Vicodin in House’s case, but to reduce the amount you’re taking.
So in House’s case, like Wilson said; his Vicodin levels where way to high and so the only option was to let his body recover and reduce it’s need for that amount it got everyday.
Therefore, the successivo morning when he was seemingly better; it was because of the extreme cold-turkeyness that House used to reduce his levels of Vicodin in order for his hallucination of Amber to go away. So I don’t think it was a hallucination, because he hasn’t quit Vicodin, he has only reduced the amount he takes within the spazio of a horrible 24 ora detox. His body no longer craves the Vicodin every ora o so like before.
Short and simple :)
