Spencer Pratt has managed to make himself the most unpopular 'celebrity' in the world da annoying Justin Bieber's millions of fans. The former Hills stella, star is known for being amaro and resentful, ranting at other's più popolare and successsful than himself on Twitter but has targeted the wrong celebrity this time.
