A while ago,a video of Justin baciare an unkown girl surfaced the web,it turned out this unkown girl was Judy Barazi, if te Google her, she is actually a songwriter and a journalist. Judy tweeted about it,she tweeted:"@justinbieber,appearently we're dating". Justin,as usual didn't tweet anything about it. I asked some trusted sources, Justin's people detto he's keeping things on the DL, because he is confused between Selena and Judy, they detto Selena keeps things hanging on because she is too busy,but Judy is 100% in. Justin doesn't know what to do,because even he has a heavy schedule to handle....
