Justin Bieber has advised his hoards of fan to stop yelling at him and to talk to him instead…just not when he is eating! The 16-year old, revealed to Teen Vogue that he believes 'no girls are nervous' and that his fan should not be scared to approach him for a chin-wag.
Bieber claimed: "Just talk to me. Ask me how I'm doing. Introduce yourself instead of yelling, 'Justin! Justin! Justin! Can I have a picture?'"
