* The one who brightens your giorno whenever te think of her
* The one who brightens your giorno most whenever she talks to te
* The one whose visualizzazioni te most value (Which one is your confident - the one te trust to give te an honest opinion about difficult things?)
* The one whose birthday/other gift te put the most thought into choosing
* The one who CARES MOST about te - who misses te if she doesn't see te each day, who remembers your birthday (etc), who asks your advice, values your input etc.

If one of the girls te know meets this criteria, TRY MAKING HER YOUR GIRLFRIEND.

How to do it? Notice that te already share each other's confidences and trust each other. Why not tell her "There's something I'd like to discuss with te - I'd like to share this with you" and go from there?
