Chapter 3: Cats?!
As the footsteps grew closer Fluttershy jumped into a cespuglio, bush with a startled squeek. Her turquoise colored eyes were big and scared.
Out of the undergrowth, no monster came, but a gray tabby cat.(the ponies are the same size as the Gatti in this story) “i can smell you, I know you're here.” it said.
“what did te find?” the voice of a she cat said, it was close but not close enough to see.
“i...don't know. They don't smell like kittypets, o warriors, loners o rouges. They're not Cani o twolegs though and they're way too bigg to be prey.” the gray tabby replied.
“the word you're looking for is pony, we're ponies.” arcobaleno dash said, hovering slightly in the air.
“never of them, are they like pigs?” the tabby said.
“what?! We're nothing like pigs! How dare te accuse us of such things?!” Rarity said.
“we're kind of like horses, but smaller, cuter and più colorful.” Twilight said.
“what colori are te guys?” the gray tabby asked.
“are te colorblind o just dumb?” arcobaleno dash asked.
“i was born blind and very smart, in fact-” the tabby cut himself off, as if he was about to reveal something important.
Then a brown tabby she cat with a white underbelly walked out of the undergrowth and stood beside the tabby. “are they giving te trouble? If they are, I can help you.” she said.
“I'm perfectly fine, leafpool.” the gray tabby replied.
“leafpool, that's an interesting name.” Twilight said.
“interesting, it's just a name.” Leafpool said.
“what do they look like, Leafpool?” the gray tabby asked.
Leafpool described each of them in detail, leaving out Fluttershy since she was still in the bushes and couldn't be seen.
“bring them to the clan.” the gray tabby said.
“are te crazy, Jayfeather?” Leafpool asked.
“yes, now bring them to the clan.” Jayfeather replied, walking away. Leafpool and they ponies and Spike followed him, not knowing what they would find.
