Episode 2: superiore, in alto 5 Best Anti-Heroes

Nick: Hello and welcome to another episode of Comic Talk!

Sunset Shimmer: An Anti-Hero,a central character in a story, movie, o drama who lacks conventional heroic attributes.

Nick: These guys come a dime a dozen in comic books. Today we're going to make to lista off the superiore, in alto 5 Best Comic Book Anti-Heroes, starting now!

#5: Batman (Debut: Detective Comics #27, 1939)

Sunset Shimmer: te all probably know who Batman is. He doesn't act like regular superheroes, which makes him an anti-hero.

Nick: However, the reason Batman scores so low is that he really isn't all that interesting compared to the others on this list.

#4: Moon Knight (Debut: Werewolf da Night #32, 1975)

Sunset Shimmer: Moon Knight, aka Marc Spector, is a man who not only has Dissociative identity disorder, but he also has the moon god Khonshu living inside of him.

Nick: Moon Knight wields strange, moon-based weapons and vehicles. For example, he has the Mooncopter, a helicopter shaped like a crescent moon.

#3: Namor the Sub-Mariner (Debut: Marvel Comics #1,October 1939)

Nick: We have to give credit where credit is due. Namor is the first true anti-hero, as the first thing he did was attack the surface world. This put him at odds with the Golden Age Human Torch.

Sunset Shimmer: Since then, Namor has been doing morally ambigous things. For example, during the New Avengers in Marvel NOW!, he destroyed a whole planet. But that's a story for another day!

#2: Wolverine (Debut: The Incredible Hulk #180, 1974)

Nick: He's the best at what he does! And what he does, isn't very nice o pretty.

Sunset Shimmer: Wolverine does the dirty work of the X-Men. Can te imagine Cyclops cutting Apocalypses head off? Neither can I.

Nick: Now here are some honorable mentions!

*Catwoman (Debut: Batman #1, 1940)
*Dardevil (Debut: Daredevil #1, 1964)
*Black Adam (Debut: The Marvel Family #1, 1945)
*Ozymandias (Debut: Watchmen #1, 1986)
*John Constantine (Debut: The Saga of Swamp Thing #25, 1984)
*Spawn (Debut: Spawn #1, 1992)

#1: Rorschach (Debut: Debut: Watchmen #1, 1986)

Sunset Shimmer: Out of all of the Watchmen characters, Rorschach is probably the least sane of the bunch. But he is also the most just of the bunch.

Nick: Which isn't saying much, as Rorschach will do anything to criminals to get the right answer. He's also the most willing to kill on this list.

Sunset Shimmer: Thank te for watching! What are your preferito comic book anti-heroes?

Nick: Please unisciti us successivo time, when we talk about an well written doozy.
