After escaping the air raid, Papa Boule's train stopped at a station called Rive-Reine.

Papa Boule: *Driving the engine backwards to the sheds with Schmidt, and the Railroad Pony*
Colonel Von Waldheim: The repair of my train is superiore, in alto priority major!
German pony 93: This whole yard needs work Colonel. I'll see to your engine as soon as I can.

Colonel Von Waldheim: *Walks over to examine his engine*
Papa Boule: *Gets an oil cup out, and pulls out the smashed franc piece*
German pony 93: *Takes the piece* Take everything out of your jacket's pockets.
Papa Boule: *Sticks his hooves into the jacket's pockets*
German pony 93: *Grabs Papa Boule's hooves, and looks at three franc pieces* Ah, I see now. Sabotage Colonel. It's an old trick around here. He used a franc piece to cut off the oil supply. *Gives Papa Boule his franc pieces back, and walks away*
Labiche, and Papa Boule stared at each other with glum expressions. They knew what was about to happen next.
Labiche: *Goes to the German Pony* Major please. It's not important. I'll have the engine fixed overnight. I'll work on it myself.
German pony 93: Take him away.
German pony 94: *Walks away, carrying an MP40. He quickly returns with three più soldiers also carrying MP40's. They take Papa Boule out of the sheds*

He took it through the bombs, and risked his own life. He's just an old stallion. He didn't know what he was doing. Don't worry, I'll get your train through for you. He's just a foolish old stallion.
Papa Boule: *To Labiche* His train? His?!! It's my train! I know what I'm doing. Do you? Huh? You're helping them. I practically raised you, but you're no better then they are! *Looks at the Colonel* Swine. *Spits on the ground*
Germans: *Take Papa Boule out of the works, and put him against a wall*
Labiche: Colonel! What do te think you'll gain from the death of an old stallion? It won't make any difference! The train will run! te have the authority, te can stop them!!
Germans: *Firing their guns*
Papa Boule: *Dead, falls on the ground*
Colonel Von Waldheim: te will deliver the engine to me personally. I'm holding te responsible. *Walks away*
Everyone in the works, except for the Germans were sad about the death of Papa Boule. He was the best character in this story.
