I feel ya! but it takes lots and lots of time, patience, hope and belief for him to come. Try sitting on your windowsill (at night) with your window open and just talk to him (either through your mind o actually talk to him), tell him stories (it's best if te make them up so he won't get bored), maybe even sing to him, think of a 'game' that could be just between te and him and tell him and try it out. Trust me he'll come, he just has soo many believers to visit and protect from Hook.
