As I head out from Professor Juniper's Pokemon Research Lab, I hear my name being called from the other side. "Huh?" I go back inside of the huge building. "Yes Professor?" I ask. "I forgot to give te this!" The brown-haired Professor hands me a watch-like object that I've never seen before. Maybe I've heard of these things... "What is it?" "This, is in a Xtransceiver. (Crosstransceiver)" Oh! That's it! "Aren't these things used for communicating?" "Precisely. I gave Hunter one as well. Please use it." Cool! And it's Black! One of my preferito colors! My pokedex's color is black and white. "Thanks Professor Juniper! I can't wait to start my journey today! How far is Accumula Town from here?" Professor Juniper sets her hand under her chin. "Hmmm..." she mumbles. "About three miles from here. I hope te catch a Pokemon soon!" Man, the professor is really nice! "I do too!"

"Snivy! Sniv!" My brand new Snivy is in the position of a scarf. "I know, it's been a while and we're still pretty far." I say to my erba Snake. With my long black hair swaying in the slight breeze of this steep hill, I feel like a real trainer. But of course, my dream is to become a top-notch coordinator. "Snivy, you're going to be a beautiful contest Pokemon. I swear that when we enter the first contest in Accumula Town, I will use te for the appeal round." I vow to my Snivy. "Vy!" "What's wrong?" She then smiles. "Nothing! I'm just so glad my fourteen-year-old daughter is finally a trainer!" Did I mention I'm a coordinator? Yes I did. "Mom, I'm a coordinator now.
