Pokemon: Mewtwo Returns is my preferito Pokemon film. That's why I did a countdown on the film. There were 13 major characters in the film.

Cullen Calix is a character that only has a major role in this film. Because of this he's not a very well known o popolare character.
12. Domino
Domino is Giovanni's most trusted helper in Team Rocket. Despite only appearing in this film Domino had a lot of fan fiction and has a big fan base, but she still got beat da più well known characters.
11. Luna Carson
Despite having a similar role to Cullen Calix Luna Carson managed to be più popular.
10. Giovanni
Giovanni is the main villain in the Pokemon Anime series. Giovanni is a very cool character that several people like. I personally think he should be 1 on this list.
9. Meowth
Meowth is the feline member of Team Rocket. A lot of people enjoy the silly antics of Jessie, James, and Meowth, but it seems like Meowth is their least favorite.
8. Jessie
Another member of Team Rocket. Jessie managed to beat Meowth.
7. Togepi
Togepi is the pet of Misty. Despite not doing much o having much of a personality Togepi managed to be 7.
6. James
James seems to be the most popolare member of Team Rocket. He probably is popolare for his goofy personality.
5. Brock
Brock has quite the fan base. People Amore his personality and humor.
4. Pikachu
Pikachu is the Pokemon character that tends to have the most merchandise and be lots of people's preferito character. However, he's not 1 in this countdown.
3. Ash
Ash is the protagonist of Pokemon. Because of that Ash has a lot of screen time so it's easy for people to like and know him.
2. Mewtwo
Mewtwo is a very powerful Pokemon. Mewtwo is a very complex and powerful character. The fan sure do enjoy him.

Misty won the countdown. People seem to Amore Misty's personality.
