I pick Zekrom. I don't know why. I think it's because I prefer it's manly appearance as oppose to Reshiram lady-like appearance. I'm not sexist.

They were stated in the games to be equals, I even said this a few picks ago

To be honest they have been stated to be equal as mentioned above,what they stand for is different..I'm pretty it would come down to level and moves for this,so I think it depends.

@LostOblivion Ken Sugimori, Reshiram's and Zekrom's designer, said that Reshiram was made with a lady-like appearance to contrast Zekrom's manly and tough appearance. Go onto bulbapedia and read on Reashiram's origins. It is stated thet.
