Help Me Please!!

I have been signed up for Pottermore now for a while and no matter what I do I can get in and it keeps saying my username and password don't match up. I don't know what to try because I have made sure my password is the right one and i have even changed to be absolutely sure I have the right password but it still won't let me in!

There's an option there for such cases. Click on the bit which says you've forgotten your password, and te get emailed a link to let te set a new password.

Then I suggest te drop that account and sign up for another one. There is probably a problem with that first account and no matter what te try it will not work ever again. I had one and tried so I just got another account.
