Do the other girls know..

I'm a bit confused about this and could use a little help.. Does the other girls know that Jason and Spencer are siblings? Because I don't remember ever seeing Spencer tell the girls but in 2x23 Spencer and her mom is talking about Jason and Emily is right beside them - so do they know? (:

None of the girls know... That's why Jason and Spencer cut off their conversation after realizing Emily was there, and started talking in a way that only they can understand :)
And about the conversation about Jason between Mrs. Hastings and Spencer - they talked quietly and weren't that close to Emily so she couldn't hear anything :)

They do not know until Episode 24 (the episode before the finale). Spencer ends up telling them.
