A little help please?

I am VERY flexible but the one thing I can't seem to do, is handstand into the crab...Can te help me achieve my goal please???

yeah i know what te are talking about.. its easy. All te do is.. holds your arms up,kick and step then go into your handstand and go over into your bridge then stand up..
