HELP. I CAN'T! :'(

Okay... I don't think I have the physical o emotional strength to make it through the rest of the school year. :/
Help?

Why? I've felt like giving up this school year, but I know I have to pull through. It's my senior anno and I'll be damned if I'm just going to give up when I'm on the home stretch. Now, what's going on with you. It can't be just nothing otherwise te would be fine and be able to make it through.

My Helpful Tips (I actually use these):
- If te have a ton to do o a lista of things you're stressed over, write it down. Do not abuse this, only if te have like 15 things o more.
- Try not to overthink the process of the day. Are te in math class? Okay, then do math, not English.
- Make sure if you're doing something fun and te have other stuff done not to think about potential future tasks. Just enjoy the free time.
- Make some sort of schedule if te don't have one.

This is what works for me, because 9 out of 10 days I don't wanna get out of bed.
