I absolutely Amore to draw eyes, and understand the drawing process fairly well, So I'm going to be hard on you.

The complessivamente, generale shape:
It's seems a bit to elongated. and te don't have the that's just inside the eye (I like to refer to it as the eyelash line)

The tear duct:
It's seems to be facing down a little to much. And the shading isn't great, it needs to have più depth to it.

The iris:
It's to much of an oval, it needs to be circular. And it does't really have any detail. it's just a blob of gray.

The lashes:
They seem to be everywhere, eyelashes kind of have the pattern they follow, according to the specific persons eye. they usually bend and twist with the couture of the eye.

The shading:
It's not great, try using a tissue to blend things together, to give it some più softness. Shading is very hard to learn (Hell I even suck at it)

But you're getting there, just keep working at it.

It's better than a lot of my work that I did, even last year, and now look where I am. Keep working at it, and try using a black and white picture of an eye for a reference, and really get a feel for the shading.

Also, (in case te haven't already) I'd suggest investing in a good drawing/sketching set (They usually contain a HB, B, 2B. 4B and 6B pencils, as well as sketching paper, and some good quality erasers. They usually aren't terribly expensive ($20 at the most) and they really do help a lot.
