But, no matter the season it is important to exercise. Staying fit doesn't mean spending 3 hours a giorno at the gym, there are ways to be active in your giorno to giorno life and burn calories at the same time.
For example:
Forget the elevator and the escalator. Take the stairs whenever te can to keep your behind looking good.
Stand up. Instead of sitting on the bus o train, stand. te may not realize it, but standing takes più energy then sitting.
Clean up your room, and help around the house. Not only will this please your mother o father, but te will also be burning calories while te work.
Don't stay home. Meet up with your friends, go for a walk, and get out and see things! Moving around and staying active is the best way to stay fit. If te can, go swimming o go for a long walk.
Play with your brothers and sisters o with your pet. Play is a great way to exercise. Whether te play a game, just mess around, o play fetch with the dog, all of these options are good ways to get moving.
This summer, don't be a slug. Get off the divano and get moving, te will feel better and look great.

Well my brother was asking me who are the 4 presidents on Mt. Rushmore and I named them all. Then he started saying that Thomas Jefferson invented the toilet and I told him someone else did and then he told me to look it up so I did and it detto that Thomas Crapper invented the toilet. Isn't there similarities going on.
Thomas [Crapper] and [Toilet]. His last name is what alot of people do in a toilet. I also found out thats why some people call the toilet, "The Crapper". Yeah I laughed really hard when I found that out so if te don't then te need to see a doctor!!

Ok so me and my friend Amore the mall but what makes it più fun are the following
-When your Lost looking for a store ask them in a british accents! here's an example "Pardon me, could te please point me in the direction of ______" (if u are british do it in a differnt accent like american austraian ect.)
-When te go into a store adress your friend da a differnt name and have a weird personality
-if te go into one of those store that plays the Musica REALLY loud, sing along like there's nobody else in the store but te and ur friend.
-Have weird conversations about random things. like terrorists o something

1- if u r bored in fanpop,and there is no frnd online: go to anyclub u like o Amore and start adding some Qs and picks,and then comeback and see ppl that answerd it....it is really fun.
2- if u want to earn più fans......add random ppl.to ur fanlist then they will add u back the u will earn più fans.in no time.
3- if u wanna earn medaglie ...u have to add più pixxx in ur fav clubs....u can add articals too,and pix ppl will rate then u have più medaglie .
4- another way to earn fans....go to the chat room and then meet new ppl know them u will get più fans.....and frnds too.
