Rachel's weakness is Dark magic, therefore, Sonic can erect a barrier around Rachel to protect her from the Dark magic in the atmosphere around them. (this cant, however, protect her from Dark energy directed at her da an attack)

Reason #2:
The only thing that Sonic can't do, is swim, henceforth, Rachel, being part mermaid, can work with sonic when forced into an aquatic environment.

So I told everyone that I’d be taking a break from IN ANOTHER WORLD, so that I could start Scrivere the reboot of THE CONFLICTS ARCANE, and I know I haven’t finished the first chapter yet, but I assure te I’m not being lazy.

MTL made it out of there in one piece,eventually making it to some waterfall,however something was off...very off.the water fall was in a suspended animation-like state,it didn't move.MTL tried to get time flowing again using the TS emerald,however even it was effected da the woods,it didn't have it's arancia, arancio aura.MTL then spotted a note taped to the waterfall and grabbed it.
