can someone please tell me how to make fan videos???

i wanna know what kind of soft-wares to use to make video from videos.
i was never interested in make them until recently.now i kinda wanna try it and see what happens.
please help...

Well I started off using Windows Movie Maker - which is good, but te have less flexibilty with it :)
Now I use Sony Vegas Pro. 9.0: which is really good! It took a while for me to find a way to download it free, basically just cerca tutorials around Youtube on downloading it free, and find one that works (:
