What's the final episode of AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER?

I haven't watched an episode of Avatar since Sozin's Comet and it came off Nickelodeon so I'm wondering if that's the last episode o if there are others that I need to watch.
If so, can someone PLEASE provide the link for me.

The last one is Avatar Aang. Aang finishes off the fuoco lord, Sokka, Toph, and Suki finish off the Air ships, and Katara and Zuko get rid of Azula. The last scene is Katara and Aang on the Balcony baciare and sadly, that's the end, until November 2012, of Avatar. There is a new series, Legend of Korra. She is the new Avatar after Aang and goes to find Aang and Katara's son, Tenzin, to learn Airbending. te can wiki the rest ok. So that's my answer for you! Enjoy!
