Narrator: Bulgy is a double decker bus.
Bulgy: *Driving down the road*
Narrator: He has più capacity for his passengers than a normal bus.
Bulgy: Please stop pointing out the obvious Mr. Narrator. It's getting really annoying!
Narrator: It's not my fault. I'm only Leggere the script I was given. One day, Bulgy had to stop at a station on the Little Western branch line.
Duck: *Blows his whistle twice as he stops with 3 coaches* Hello there Bulgy. I take it te got tired of being a vegetable bus.
Bulgy: Yes. Sir Topham Hatt says that I'm needed to assist Bertie, and to help te lot. But da taking your passengers, I get an opportunity to......
Duck: Oh, here we go.
Bulgy: FREE THE ROADS!!!!!!!!!
Duck: Well, don't get stuck under any bridges during your travels.
Conductor: *Blows his whistle while waving his green flag*
Duck: *Blows his whistle twice as he pulls out of the station*
Narrator: Bulgy was worried da what anatra said. Once, he attempted to steal Duck's passengers, but he got stuck under a bridge, and had to stay in a field with hens while waiting to be repaired.
Bulgy: rrRRR! I don't want to repeat that mistake, but there's got to be a way to avoid those bridges.
Isabella: *Honks her horn twice* Come along te two. We've got to deliver these materials to the skyscraper.
Max: We know, we know.
Monty: We want it to be tall, and mighty.
Bulgy: Hey. Skyscrapers are strong structures, and they're tall too. Surely if I make myself taller, I can be stronger! And, I can also carry più passengers. Hahahaha!!
successivo morning, Emily was relaxing in a small yard outside of the engine sheds. She was preparing to help anatra & Oliver pull ballast trains.
Bulgy: *Arrives, and stops near Emily*
Emily: Goodness gracious! What did y'all do to yourself Bulgy?
Bulgy: I made myself taller. Therefore I can be stronger, smash any bridge that stands in my way, and have an easier time to.......FREE THE ROADS!!!!!!!!!
Emily: But Bulgy, that's not how you-
Bulgy: *Drives away*
Narrator: Bulgy wanted to find Duck, and had no interest in listening to what Emily had to say.
Emily: Typical.
Narrator: anatra was pushing empty freight cars under the chute to be loaded. When he set off to pull his passenger train, he saw Bulgy waiting for him at the station.
Duck: *Sees Bulgy in his taller form* Oh my goodness!!
Bulgy: Like what te see, Ducky boy?
Duck: First off, don't call me that, and second, who was idiotic enough to allow te to be this tall?!?!
Bulgy: Why no one actually. I just did it myself. Does that make me idiotic?
Duck: Yes. Unless of course te upgraded your engine, and suspension to handle your extra weight.
Bulgy: Well in that case, I'm not idiotic! Since I can haul più passengers, and smash every bridge out of my path, I'll have no difficulty in freeing the roads. *Drives off*
Duck: That's not how it works.
Narrator: But Bulgy was too far away to listen.
Duck: I thought te were done pointing out the obvious.
Narrator: Of course not. I'm Mark Moraghan. I enjoy pointing out the obvious.
Emily: So do I. *Stops successivo to Duck* It's gonna rain later, so make sure y'all have extra sand.
Duck: Uh, Emily? I may Amore you, but that doesn't help anyone. The writers really didn't know what they were doing when they decided to make te a "safety engine."
Emily: *Sighs* I know.
Narrator: While anatra insulted Emily, and the bad decisions made da Mattel's Scrivere staff, Bulgy was mostrare off to the passengers.
Bulgy: Free the roads!! We buses deserve attention too te know! So forget the railways, and travel in style instead.
Narrator: The passengers were pleased with Bulgy's new appearance. They all climbed in, and he took them to their destinations.
Bulgy: Hehehaha! I'm going to have a lot of fun tearing those bridges apart. I won't let them destroy me now!
anatra was pulling his passenger train. A bridge was 20 miles ahead of him.
Duck: I wonder how Bulgy's getting on with his new appearance.
Bulgy: *Sees a bridge in front of him* Ooh, there's a bridge. Now I can destroy it, and then I can.....FREE THE ROADS!!!!!!!!!! *Hits the bridge* Ow!!
Passengers: *Falling out of Bulgy* AAAAAHHHH!!!!!!
Narrator: But instead of destroying the bridge, Bulgy destroyed himself. As he passed under, his upper seating sections were torn off, and most of the passengers found themselves sitting on the road.
Bulgy: *Blushing* ooops.
Narrator: When anatra arrived at the bridge, he had to stop at a red signal. When he did, he saw Sir Topham Hatt scolding Bulgy.
Sir Topham Hatt: te have made things a thousand times worse da making yourself too tall! Whoever approved this idiotic design will be fired.
Duck: *Chuckles* Glad someone else agrees with me.
Bulgy: I'm sorry sir. I thought if I made myself taller, I'd be stronger. Then I could smash the bridges out of the way without damaging myself, and then I could-
Sir Topham Hatt: Free the roads, I get it. Wait a minute. Did te say, te made yourself taller?!
Bulgy: I. Did?
Sir Topham Hatt: Well, in that case, I'll have to fuoco you.
Bulgy: Bother.
Sir Topham Hatt: I don't care where te end up, just don't come back to my island ever again.
Narrator: And with that, Sir Topham Hatt attended to the passengers. He used his own money to pay for the hospital bills, and allowed them to travel on whatever train they wanted for a whole month, for free.
Percy: *Pushing a flatcar carrying Bulgy over Vicarstown Bridge*
Narrator: Meanwhile, Bulgy would end up being sent away to a museum. He would be rebuilt to his normal double decker form, but he would never transport passengers ever again.
Bulgy: Oh well. It's just like my home at the hen farm, but at least it's cleaner. The people that come here also have respect for buses, and other road vehicles. I could get used to this.
