History/Bio: When Takeo was 10 he ran into a strange man, the man stabbed Takeo in the lower back and implanted RC cells into his body and the man say I hope you will be like "him".
In agony Takeo ran to his apartment and then a few days later he looked inside the bathroom mirror and saw his right eye change and then the CCG was at his door (the strange man framed him of being an ss rated ghoul) The investigators broke the door and attack Takeo, in fear for his life his kagune bursts out of his back, "that kagune looks like eyepatch" said one of the investigators than with no control Takeo's kagune ripped up all the investigators apart,
when Takeo was half unconscious he ate all the investigators bodies and then he woke up seeing the investigator's arm in his mouth and then he moved to a new apartment in the 18th Ward to hide.
A year passed and the man found him and injected another amount of RC cells in his right arm and ran screaming "THE EMPEROR WILL BE BORN!!!" then something formed from Takeo's arm, it was a sword like kagune and then Takeo ran for help then he saw a coffee shop and found a few nice people and without a single thought he shouted "HELP ME, A MAN ATTACKED ME AND NOW IM A GHOUL!!!" then they took him in and helped him control his new "gifts".

History/Bio: He has now lost hold of who he used to be. A class clown, he never had any friends though, he was always the type who didn't like social interaction despite how much of a joker he was, then Everyone found out he was a ghoul, he couldn't take it So He Killed And Ate Everyone Who Knew Him At The Place and moved away. It was the first time he had lost control. If you see him, he can A l w a y s see you too, which is why I didn't post an image of him, if he sees you he will kill you in a violent and gorey manor, the rarest thing that could happen to you is getting spared by him, in combat he will usually run around you whilst launching long ranged attacks at you untill you weak enough for him to spring out at you and tear you limb from limb with his own hands.

Appearance: Yashiro has fair blonde hair, long and reaches down to her lower back, as heer eyes are an icy blue, both large and seemingly gentle. In addition, her skin is a fair shade of tan, giving her a sweet look.

Ghoul Mask: Her mask is designed to only fully cover her mouth, nose and left eye (although she is not one eyed). The base colour of the mask is black, as it is made from a dark metal. There is no specific design on it, as it tends to get dirtied whenever she goes outside with it on. So basically, it is a plain black-metallic mask.

Personality: Yashiro comes off as a sweet and innocent girl, however she is quite the opposite. She has a thirst for not only blood, but power and control. When it comes to her hunting, she is ruthless, and makes a mess wherever she heads, leaving it to be cleaned up by investigators or other low-ranked ghouls afraid to take the blame. She doesn’t only kill for food, but rather also for enjoyment. She is very much psychotic, and uncontrollable. She will hunt down investigators just to pass some time or even just to entertain herself while bored. A chilling smile is always plastered to her face whether her mask is on or not. Also, in big fights, she tends to stay alone, working by herself; always coming out on top. With this, she is not part of any organisation, as she finds it restricting, and works better by herself.

Ward: Born in the 3rd ward however doesn’t stay in any particular one, rather she moves around constantly.

History/Bio: Yashiro Yumiko, otherwise known as Yumi (or Blood Hound), was born in the 3rd ward, and lived happily with her family of her mother, father and older brother happily. Although, one day, while she was only 6, a group of dangerous ghouls, stormed their home, killing her mother, father and brother (who was 10 at the time), while abducting Yashiro. For almost a year, she was held and tortured by this group of ghouls, slowly turning her more and more insane, before escaping when she was 7. From there, she had been on her own. She went back to the 3rd ward, learning and surviving on her own, and it took the CCG way to long to figure out that she was a growing threat. One growing faster than most. By the time she was 15 (8 years later) she had taken on the code-name Blood Hound, as she was constantly seen with blood smeared all over her face/mask, and any of her attacks/incidents would be found where the victims’ blood was all but drained. Reaching the age of 16 now, she had finally given into her maniac side, allowing herself to become unstoppable. Later that same year, she has become known as the SSS rated ghoul, Blood Hound; feared by many. CCG, ghouls and humans.

Kagune appearance: Her Kagune appears to be four ‘arms’ that grow from her back. They are quite long and very powerful in comparison to others. In addition, they have a scale like texture, and are a mix of dark red and blood red colouring. It is a very simple kagune however it is very much effective when used.
Kagune special abilities: Yashiro’s kagune is extremely agile, swift and powerful, making it a very useful and strong kagune. Also, she experiences quicker regeneration abilities than most others.

History: Before joining Anteiku, Toshiro Ryusaki, a.k.a. Shiro,

Appearance 3 : with this he can take on large amounts of people with little effort. He can slam it in the ground creating shockwaves and etc.

Appearance 4 : this is mainly used for stealing stuff which he used to do when was still 15.

KAKUJA:
Kurayami is covered in a crow like mask and armor made out of rc cells.
His arms are covered with his rinkaku kagune turning it into 2 large arms with claws.
On his back he has sharp crystalized wings which he can use to shoot out shards and fly.
In this state he is completely calm compared to how he usually is and how others would act if they activate their kakuja for the first time, he will only take action when he senses a threat.

History/bio: Nothing is known except he was first spotted in Ward 20 and got captured after attempting to kill an investigater. 2nd and last time spotted in Ward 23 after escaping Cochlea with the help of an unknown group of ghouls. Suspected to be behind multiple killings since escape of over a 100 humans and 27 investigators most likely more. Prefered way of attacking is from the shadows but when cornered goes into a berserk like rage and stops and nothing to survive.

Kagune appearance: bikaku: long leathery and spiked tail with a deep red color and three scythe like blades pretruding from the end of the tail. Rinkaku: deep red almost black like tentacles with barbed spike covering most of it.
Kagune special ability: bikaku: the scythe like blades can be detached and used as weapons. The size of the scythe like blade depends on the time it has to grow. Rinkaku: the barbed spikes on the tentacles can be shot much like with an ukaku but only reaches several cm and has to be used near intended target(s). The spikes posses a venom that neutralize the nerves and paralyze the target(s) and can even kill in a high enough amounts, but these are difficult to since every spike poses only a small amount of this venom.
