Chapter 1- Questions
My life had changed in so many ways in such a short time. I’d moved to Forks, met the Amore of my existence, Lost him and found a best friend in a werewolf. Edward of course came back, neither one of us could really breath without the other. I had fought to save my life countless times, almost killing myself for our beautiful daughter Renesmee. Life seems to be almost normal o so I thougt.
Jacob and Nessie where never too far from each other, he would do anything for her. Edward always kept a close eye on the two of them, still never really trusting Jacob. It was on this one particular evenings Edward came home to the cottage and rage was all I could see in his eyes.
“Edward, what happened?” I asked panicked. Afraid something had happened to him.
“Jacob is coming over to ask for our permission to ask Nessie to marry him.” He hissed out. I thought I would have been angered da this, Jacob wanting to marry Nessie so soon.
“We knew this giorno was coming Edward. We should be happy Jacob waited as long as he has to ask her. She loves him almost as much as I Amore you.”I whispered.
Hoping he would calm down I grabbed his face and kissed his lips soft and genital. Edward seemed to calm down instantly and warm into the kiss. He started baciare back with force and passion, his arms around my waist pulling me in closer to him. My hands moved from his face to his hair pulling him in closer to me. He pulled away from me, something he never did. He looked at me and flashed his perfect half smile, picked me up and ran for our bedroom. Once there he threw me onto the bed. He tore off his camicia and climbed into letto with me, pulling me closer to him he started baciare my neck up to my jaw.
“Are te still angry with Jacob?” I managed to say. Not that I ever wanted to put an end to what was going to happen.
“I can’t be angry with someone who makes my daughter as happy as she is with him. I am just being and overprotecting father,” he detto with a sigh.
“We could always hope Nessie says no!” We burst out laughing, knowing that we knew she would never say no to Jacob. We lay looking into each other’s eyes for what seemed to be forever, and then we heard a knock at the front door.
I went to the door knowing it was Jacob da the smell that was coming through the door. “Bells let me in, I need to speak with te and Edward.”
I opened the door and Jacob came barreling through the door almost knocking me over. “Jacob what is wrong with you? te look like you’re going to phase right here in the kitchen.” As angry as I was I could tell he was nervous to ask us the domanda he came to ask.
Edward came into the room with a look of concern on his face. “Jacob, te need to calm down. Nothing good will come to this if te phase right now.”
Jacob started to settle down he walked over to the divano and took a seat. “You two know how much I care and Amore Nessie, and I would never ask her to marry me if it wasn’t okay with the two of te first. I know te think she maybe too young yet, and I’ll respect your decision if te tell me no. I have waited long enough, she is seventeen years old, and she has graduated from high school. She is in college now and will be graduating and heading into medical school soon after. So, would te please allow me to ask your daughters hand in marriage?” He looked at us and if I didn’t know any better it looked like he was crying.
I walked over to him and wrapped my arms around him giving him a comforting hug. Edward was pacing while Jacob was talking. “Edward, Jacob has been very understanding to all of our wishes when it comes to Nessie. She is only seventeen but, has been in school since she was 10. My vote is yes.” I looked at Edward and I knew what his answer was going to be. He kept looking at Jacob and shaking his head back and forth.
“I guess if I don’t say yes then I will have to be around two very unhappy women for a very long time. So, yes Jacob te have my vote also.”
