What should I name my characters? (More details...)

My Friends and I are Scrivere this story and we're having quite a hard time deciding on the names since there are three of us...

So the protagonist is this 13/14 anno old girl with red hair and green eyes. She's short tempered, agile, quick thinking, messy, snide and sarcastic.
Name options:
Clove
Cass (short for Cassandra)
Verra
Claude
Loralie
Freida

Her friend, an artist, is in her twenties. Italian. She's undecided, always has mood swings and eccentric. Since she always changes her hair color, she doesn't have a clue what her original color was.
Names:
Elizabeth "Leslie"/"Lizzie"
Jessica "Jaz"/"Jessie
Gwendolyn "Gwyn"
Maxine "Max"
Judith "Jude"

And lastly, the rival of the artist, a beautiful, glamorous, and quite 'bitchy' girl with long, straight black hair and striking amber eyes. Half Italian, half British.
Names:
Lucienna
Nataliya
Daniela
Naomi
Roxanne
Loraine
Simone

Okay, so I pretty much think we'll be naming the protagonist "Verra" and the rival "Lucienna"...I think...

Clove - A Nail, Spice - German
Verra - Faith - Russian
Loralie - Alluring Enchantress - German
Kiara - Dark - Irish
Evonne - tasso, yew - American (Note: tasso, yew is often symbolic of death)
Mina - Strong Willed Warrior - English

For her friend:

Maxine "Max" - Greatest - French
Halyn "Hal" - Unique and Special, Unlike Another - American
Amethyst "Ammie" - Purple Quartz Gemstone - Greek (Note: Amethyst is known for healing. There is A LOT of info about these if te like the name)
Crystal "Crys" - Earth Mineral o Brilliant Glass - Latin (Again, lots of info. Known for magic, power and healing)
Ife - Lover of Art and Culture - African

The bitchy girl:

Simone - To Be Heard - French
Narcissa - Numbness - Greek (sounds like Narcissistic)
Maro - Myself - Japanese
Maleah - Sea of Bitterness - Polynesian/Hawaiian
Lolita - Sorrows - Spanish

Judith is nice, but for a nickname I`d use Judy not Jude.
Roxanne o Natalya is nice for the rival.

successivo time te need names, te should research names that mean somethig about the character. For example if the character is beautiful te could use Bella, which means beautiful

well, nice names you've got for the first girl i think is best cassandra maybe nick name her cassy that sound better then just cass. For the successivo one i think is best some italian name if she is italian Roxana o maybe Gabriela will go well for her and for the last one i like Naomi its a pretty name for a pretty girl.
