Ice Crystal serves the Light. At age 14, she was sent on her first assassination mission. Her target: Bruce Wayne. While she failed at this, she did manage to gather supplies that the Light needed and therefore was not punished as severely. Known as the Light's best assassin and agent, she was sent to Russia to intervene with the negotiations between Russia and the United States. She has developed a rivalry with hero Red Revenge. She is normally very flirtatious and can easily charm most males into doing what she wants them to, but not Revenge, which frustrates her. The Teenage Killer Frost of her generation, Crystal is considered to be very dangerous.

His head pounded and his eyes were sore. He tried opening them but found he couldn't. But he could still feel the fabric of his mask on his eyes. He sighed inwardly. From up in the air, the marks from the earlier fight had made a warning mark. It was Robin's symbol but a sword was “drawn” through the infamous “R”. Megan grabbed Becca in her arms, taking them down to the ground slowly.
