“He's back!”
“What?!”
“Wally. He's back!”
Raven muttered under her breath. She motioned for Dick to get behind her. He did as motioned and Raven's telekinetic powers acted up. They heard a surprised screech and then Wally came through the window.
“What are te doing here?” Raven asked.
“I came to see te Rachel.”
“How'd te know?”
“Uncle probably helped,” Dick muttered.
“Yes he did. Will te put me down?”
“No!”
“Robin! Help!”
“...I'm not Robin. Name's NightWing. And I don't know you.”
“Oh c'mon! Why are te recitazione like this now?! I'm in a little trouble!”
“More than a little,” Raven detto sharply.
“Wait! Tell me what I did! If I know what I did, maybe I can explain!”
Raven stared at Wally for a full minute. Then she turned to Dick. He was looking at the speedster carefully before looking up at Raven. Finally, he gave a small nod. Raven turned to Wally.
“You want to know what te did? Fine. I'll tell you. Your friend, Dick Grayson? He came to my house. He came here. And boy did I hear a story. A certain speedster da the name of Wally West made my little bird cry. te hurt him!”
Dick leaned closer, whispering something into Raven's ear. She took a deep breath and nodded.
“I apologize for my temper. But the fact of the matter is that te hurt Dick. Why?”
“I-I-I was being an idiot! Okay? I was being as stupid and careless as always. And I know I made a huge mistake. But, Dick, I want you. I want to be with you. I Lost te once; I don't want to loose te again. I know this sounds weird, te loving another, but I had to tell you. I Amore you. I want te to Amore me. And I want to spend the rest of my life with you.”
“...Who detto I never loved you?”
“You did. In your messages to Rachel. te admitted to being in Amore with someone known as WR. But I want a real name. Who ha rubato, stola your heart?”
Dick stared at his best friend. Turning to Raven, he nodded and she released Wally. She exited the room, leaving the two alone. Wally came closer to Dick, wanting to see the truth in those blue eyes that would never be his.
“Please tell me. Who came and ha rubato, stola my little bird's heart?”
Dick looked into the smeraldo green eyes looking at him intensely.
“You did.”
“W-What?!”
“You ha rubato, stola my heart, Wally.”
“But WR-”
“Stands for Wally Rudolph. Wallace Rudolph West. It would have been too obvious putting WW. So I did something different.”
“I-But-You-?”
“Yeah. It was crazy. I'm sorry.”
“What are te sorry for? te didn't do anything!”
“I avoided you. I just didn't know how to be a good friend. Because I thought I was in Amore with you; because I know I'm in Amore with you.”
“But I should have trusted you. That's what Friends do. Tell te what, I'll forgive te if te forgive me. Deal Boy Wonder?”
“Deal. Can we be Friends again?”
“No.”
“No?”
“No. We can be much più than that.”
“You mean...”
“Yeah. I Amore te Dick.”
A single spark is all it takes to start a fire. In this case, a single baciare was all it took to ignite their love. Wally's lips pressed firmly against Dick's as he held the little bird close. Dick was più than happy to respond. Raven peeked out through the almost closed door. A smile lit her face and she knew. She knew Dick had found his someone special. And Wally West had too. When they broke apart, Raven exited.
“I'm happy for te two. But Wally, if te ever hurt Dick again, I'll hurt you.”
“No fear of that happening. I'm pretty sure I'll be the one getting hurt.”
“By Dick?”
“On occasion.”
“He will be a handful,” Raven admitted. She smiled. “Good luck.”
Raven disappeared again and Wally turned back to his new boyfriend.
“Don't fly away again.”
“I promise Wally. I'll never fly away again. And I'll never fall for another. te have my heart; te always will. And wherever te go, I won't be far behind.”
“He's back!”

"I don't wanna die!" the boy howled, digging his face into Revenge's knee.
"You have no say in the matter."
"I do." Revenge growled.
The assassin turned his head slightly before tossing a coltello in Revenge's direction. It caught him in the chink in his armor. Literally. Revenge glared at the blood seeping from the wound. The black clad assassin continued his approach. Revenge punched him in the throat, crushing his windpipe, causing the man to stumble backwards.
"You wanna play with knives?" Revenge yelled. "Two can play at that game!"
For a second, the assassin couldn't breathe. Then, he stood up, rubbing his neck.
"No way." Revenge muttered, stepping back.
"Red Revenge. For interfering with the mission, te too shall feel the talons of the Court of Owls!"
Night of the Owls.
Coming Soon.

For a moment, Revenge was pressed against her in the narrow hallway in complete darkness. Then, there was a light, from Revenge's mask, and the hallway was lit in a dim red light.
"Ladies first." Revenge said.
"Scared?" Batgirl asked.
"Funny." Revenge said. "I'll take point."
Barbara cut him off. "I'LL take point." she said.
"I've got the light." Revenge said. "And the armor, and the brains."
"Har har, funny."
"Indeed. Watch my back."
"From the scary dark?" Batgirl asked in a mocking voice.
Revenge turned and tossed a dagger into the darkness behind them. It went farther than the three feet of the iron door through which they had entered.
"Any più smart remarks?"

"No, no, no, no!" Revenge said, wiping up the blood with his gloves. There was too much
on the floor. Too much had been lost. The sword that had done the damage was laying
over to the side. Revenge tried to pick it up, but his strength had left him. It clattered
to the floor beside him as he sank to his knees, the unbearable pain filling his
body and mind.
