I'm almost done Scrivere the book! (Relax, there's still at least ten, twelve chapters for y'all to read)
Chapter Four-
Sarah was surprised to see Revenge's bike pull up in the garage.
"What're te doing home so early?" she asked, walking into the garage.
"Shouldn't te be working on the connections between the murdered?" Revenge asked.
"Nice to see te too." Sarah muttered. She turned around and walked back to the computer.
"I did get one thing on all of them." Sarah detto as the Black Hero walked in and shed his mask. "They all made a big business contract in between now and two weeks ago. I'm tracing to see if the contracts are connected."
Sam looked over her shoulder for a minuto before plopping on the couch.
"Rough night?" Sarah asked, not looking back.
"Aren't they all?" Sam replied.
Sarah smirked and continued typing in silence for a while before she spoke up.
"Shouldn't te get home? It's sorta late and the last thing te need is to be grounded again." Sarah said.
Sam grunted and stood up. "I'll go change." he detto with a sigh. Halfway to the door, he stopped and turned around.
"Two things: Add my mom to that lista of big people with big contracts." Sam said.
"Why?"
"She is the CEO of Grant Industries, and she just signed a big contract with Freeman & Co."
"Okay, and second?"
"Let me know if agrifoglio calls."
"What am I, your voicemail?"
Sam glared at her.
"Sure!" she said.

The last thing Sam wanted to do was take another sick day, but what other choice did he have when Reaper was on a killing streak during lunch time?
Sam's bike was waiting in the parking lot da the time he had gotten his suit on. He grabbed the handle bars and hit the gas, speeding down the strada, via to the Chief's distress signal.
Sam typed something on his bike's keypad. Sarah got the message and moved to the corner during computer class.
"Online." she said.
"Great, how long's class today?" Sam asked.
"Forty-five minutes. Then I'm out an ora after that." Sarah replied.
"Okay, just direct me."
"Alright," Sarah said, typing on the keyboard. "The situation is at Freeman & Co. te need to-"
"Thanks, I'm on my way." Sam said, his bike speeding up.
Draxx had the CEO of Freeman and Co. Hiding in the police car while he and other officers searched the area for Reaper.
Revenge's bike hit a speed bump at full speed and he flew through the air, landing in the middle of the ring of police vehicles.
"Now that," he said, climbing off the bike. "Is the way to make an entrance."
"Thought te were in school." Draxx said.
"You called me during lunch. I got a sudden case of nausea." Revenge replied.
"Good enough for me." Draxx said.
"So what's the situation?" Revenge asked.
"Reaper has a sniper fucile in one of the buildings and is trying to kill Mr. Freeman. He won't kill anyone else."
"That doesn't sound like Reaper." Revenge said.
"Somebody hired him?" Draxx suggested.
"Check for it Watchdog." Revenge said.
"Checking now." Sarah said.
Revenge turned on thermal mode and scanned the buildings. Just as he thought. He still couldn't get Reaper on infrared.
Something shattered a window in a cop car. Everyone began looking frantically for where the round had come from.
But Revenge knew.
Following the heat signature the bullet left behind, Revenge found where Reaper was.
"Thrity-first floor, fifth window from the left." Revenge detto to Draxx. Draxx relayed the order to a few soldiers and they ran into the building, Revenge hot on their heels.
The cops ran up the stairs and down the hallway. They busted down the door to the suggested room-
-but Reaper wasn't there.
"Re-scan! Re-scan!" a cop shouted, but was cut short da a dagger being rammed into his back.
Another cop turned, but received the same treatment. The remaining two cops fired on Reaper, but were quickly downed.
Leaving the teenage vigilante and the murderer.
"It's just te and me Reaper." Revenge said, unsheathing a dagger.
"No, it's just me Revenge!" Reaper said, kicking Revenge in the chest. Revenge stumbled back, shattering the glass in the window. He reached for a dagger, but at that moment, one landed at his feet.
And started blinking.
"Ah, shit." Revenge said, jumping out the window.
An explosion rocked the building, sending shrapnel after Revenge.
Revenge landed with a thump on the roof of a car. A huge piece of concrete would've landed on him if Draxx hadn't pulled him free.
"Thanks," Revenge said.
"Revenge? Are te alright?" Sarah asked.
"Minus falling thirty stories and nearly being crushed da concrete-yeah, I'm fine."
"Good to hear, because thermal readings indicate three bombs under you."
Everyone froze.
"Clear! Clear!" Draxx yelled, hopping in the dented car and stomping on the gas.
Revenge opened a sewer and crawled in. He ran over to the first bomb and stabbed it with an electro-pulse dagger. He did the same to the second, and had just finished with the third when he heard gunfire above.
"No rest for the weary." he muttered, hauling himself into the sunlight once more. Reaper's mantello disappeared around a corner while police gathered around a downed person.
Mr. Freeman.
;::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::;
Revenge threw his mask down on the couch. Sarah stood at a sicuro, cassetta di sicurezza distance as the teen vigilante threw a dagger into the wall.
"Ugh! There is no stopping him!" Revenge said. "Why can't I stop him?!"
"Distracted?" Sarah cautiously suggested. "Someone once detto if your mind is subconsciously divided, it can't consciously concentrate."
"So what would be subconsciously dividing my concentration?" Revenge asked, still infuriated.
"Holly?"
Revenge looked at her in silence for a moment before slumping onto the couch.
"You're right." he said. "She's been gone for two days, and I haven't heard from her. I'm starting to worry about her."
"The Justice League wouldn't send her somewhere she would be in grave danger." Sarah said.
Sam looked at her, and she regretted asking.
"Right?"
